WF-BP2200 Aramid Fiber IMPREGNATED WITH PTFE BRAIDED PACKING
Description:
Aramid fiber braided packing is made from DuPont's Kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE dispersion and processed with lubricant. It is a universal packing used in pumps in almost all types of industries such us chemicals, petrochemicals, sewage treatment, and paper etc. For hot water applications it can resist temperature up to 160C without cooling. In view of high stability fibers recommend a surface hardness of 40 - 60HRC for shafts and protective sleeves in order to prevent contact surface wear.
